Culture Connex is hiring Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred care across Buttaba, Lake Macquarie to Jilliby, Central Coast. You will support males with spinal cord injury, following individual care plans and promoting independence.
Shifts include morning and evening blocks with adaptable patterns to suit study or other commitments. NDIS screening and first aid/CPR are required, along with a reliable vehicle and a smartphone for communication.
