Talent Corp is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a major HR technology transformation. You will drive requirements for Core HR and Workforce/Position Management as the HRIS is implemented, collaborating with People & Culture and Technology teams.

You will document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, develop BRDs, and map interfaces, ensuring data and integration changes are well-managed. You will support UAT, testing, go-live, hypercare and future releases.
