The Sydney Children's Hospitals Network seeks a Pharmacist Grade 3 on a Temporary Full Time basis to lead medication safety and quality initiatives. The role sits within the Clinical Governance Unit (CGU) and focuses on monitoring and reporting medication safety incidents to drive improvements in patient safety across SCHN.

You will collaborate with senior management, coordinate the IMS+ system, and perform data reviews and chart audits to inform decisions.
