W3Global is seeking a Lead Bulk Excavation - Lead Estimator to lead the estimating function, set standards, and drive bid strategy for major civil/tender opportunities in Australia. You will govern cost estimates, tender submissions and handover to delivery, while mentoring a growing team of estimators.

You will coordinate input from engineering, HSEQ, project delivery and subcontractors, pricing labour, plant, materials and subcontract works, and benchmark against market data.
