Job Description

Access Telehealth is seeking experienced casual Registered and Enrolled Nurses to support Residential Aged Care Homes in Mandurah, focused on Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments. You will gather history, confirm records, assess ADLs, cognition, nutrition, falls and medications, escalating as needed to the right management.

This highly autonomous role relies on clinical judgement and collaboration with GPs and Specialists to improve resident outcomes.
