Job Connect is recruiting experienced Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility based in Eagle Farm. We are seeking operators who are comfortable working in fast-paced production environments and have experience monitoring machinery, maintaining product quality and contributing to efficient manufacturing processes.

In these roles, you will be responsible for:

n

- Operating production machinery and monitoring performance throughout the manufacturing process
n
- Loading materials into machines and ensuring continuous production flow
n
- Completing basic quality inspections and process checks
n
- Assisting with production changeovers and general factory duties
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
n
- Working closely with production teams to achieve daily output targets
n

Successful applicants will possess:

- Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or industrial workplace
n
- Experience completing quality checks or following production specifications
n
- Good attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
n
