About the Work

We are currently seeking experienced Food Service Assistants (FSA’s) and Kitchen Hands for a range of local opportunities across Ballarat. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with meal preparation and food plating
- Serving meals and beverages to residents/patients
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning
- Supporting chefs and kitchen teams as required

What You’ll Need





- At least 6 months’ experience as an FSA in healthcare/aged care
- 2 senior clinical references
- Current Police Check (within 12 months)
- Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
- A genuine passion for caring and helping local residents live well
