About the position

This is a fast paced role which requires high attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills. The overall purpose of the Despatch Officer/Bulk Picker role is to ensure customer orders are picked and despatched accurately, safely, and on time, coordinating order preparation, carrier bookings/scheduling, loading, and despatch documentation—supporting on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and efficient warehouse operations.

What you’ll bring

You will need to be Physically fit, heavy lifting up to 20kgs





Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics or despatch environment – essential, 2+ years

Must have a Valid Forklift Licence (LF) - essential

High Reach experience +2yrs experience - essential

Bulk picking, checking and despatch processes, including palletising, wrapping, labelling and staging freight

Ability to use initiative and problem solve when faced with challenges

Proven experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks in a warehouse or distribution centre environment.

Experience coordinating freight and transport bookings, including working with Transport Management Systems (TMS)

Experience working with drivers and transport providers, including providing delivery instructions and troubleshooting delays

Experience meeting tight despatch deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

Proven Time Management skills accompanied with Solid organizational skills to balance multiple tasks effectively without compromising on quality.
