About the Role

n

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our Service Department. You will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a professional and seamless service experience from booking to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
n
- Manage service bookings and accurately document customer concerns.
n
- Prepare service estimates and explain recommended work to customers.
n
- Liaise with technicians and workshop staff regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
n
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
n




- Process invoices and finalise service transactions.
n
- Promote manufacturer-recommended maintenance and additional service products where appropriate.
n
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

n

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, automotive customer service, or similar role.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
n
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
n
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Solid computer and administrative skills.
n
- A current and valid driver's licence.
n
