Axil Coffee Roasters in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our full marketing function—from strategy to execution. This senior, hands-on role reports to the Managing Director and guides a small team as you own our calendar, email/CRM, website and e-commerce, paid media, PR, partnerships, events and packaging.

You’ll deliver monthly analytics to leadership, manage external agencies and vendors, and shape a compelling brand story with accurate writing.
