PRIMARY DETAIL - Casual opportunity - $28.45 per hour + 25% casual loading + plus 12% super - Enjoy a vibrant on-campus location, close to public transport
THE ROLE
Campus Life at Macquarie University is currently seeking a Stores Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team on a casual basis. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the receipt, safe storage and distribution of goods. This position also supports and services Campus Life’s outlets and other areas of Macquarie University, as required.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in the receipt, storage and distribution of goods
- Current NSW Driver’s License
- Ability to priorities tasks and work under pressure
- Experience in the provision of excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Intermediate to Advance Computer Skills
- Flexible working hours including 6am starting times Mon-Fri
- Must be able and willing to lift 20 kilograms
Note: This position requires the right to work in Australia.
