We are seeking an Apprentice Diesel / Mobile Plant Mechanic to join our Darra team. Whether you're a school leaver keen to enter the industry or a current apprentice wanting to continue your apprenticeship with a supportive employer, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on industry-leading earthmoving and construction equipment while completing a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology.





What You'll Learn

- Servicing, maintaining and repairing mobile plant equipment
- Diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic faults
- Performing preventative maintenance and inspections
- Using industry-leading diagnostic tools and equipment
- Understanding engine, driveline, hydraulic and electrical systems
- Following workplace safety procedures and best practices
- Completing the practical and theoretical requirements of your apprenticeship

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine interest in heavy equipment, diesel engines or mechanics
- Is motivated to learn and develop a trade career
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Is reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving
- Holds a current driver's licence or is working towards obtaining one
