Probe CX is expanding its team and seeking passionate Customer Care Consultants for a work-from-home role in Australia. You will assist families and carers, answer inbound calls, share information on care options, and support independent living at home.

Roles are permanent full time, require a rotational roster with shifts across Mon–Fri 7am–10pm and Sat 9am–4pm (AEST). National police clearance and full work rights are needed.
