Truck types: Front Lift | Rear Lift | Hooklift/Skip | (Side Loader where applicable)
We’re recruiting experienced Waste Collection Drivers for multiple roles across Keysborough and Brooklyn. To be considered, you must have previous waste industry driving experience (collection routes and waste trucks).
What you’ll be doing
- Operate waste collection vehicles and complete scheduled runs safely and efficiently
- Perform daily pre-start checks and report defects/incidents immediately
- Follow run sheets / in-cab systems and communicate with operations/dispatch
- Work to WHS, road rules, fatigue management and site procedures
- Maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers and the public
What you’ll need
- HR licence (HC highly regarded depending on truck type)
- Proven waste collection driving experience is essential (any of: front lift, rear lift, hooklift/skip, side loader)
- Strong safety focus, reliability and ability to work to timeframes
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks (medical, D&A;, licence checks)
