Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Allied Health

Salary- 65k + Comms On Target Earnings ($105,000 in first year)
We’re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a growing agency recruitment team, working on anAllied Health desk .

No recruitment experience? No problem. We’re looking for someone with the drive, confidence and ambition to build a successful career in recruitment — and we’ll give you the training and support to get there.

The Role You’ll work alongside an experienced team recruiting Allied Health professionals across a range of healthcare settings.
Your day-to-day will include:

- Sourcing and interviewing Allied Health candidates
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Business development and growing your client base
- Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement
- Negotiating salaries and closing deals
- Building your own candidate network and market knowledge
- Working towards individual billing and performance targets

What We’re Looking For Recruitment experience isn’t essential. What matters is your attitude and ambition . Recruitment is aSALES role, so we need someone who is hungry to make money, ambitious and has excellent people skills.

- Resilient and comfortable picking up the phone

- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, hospitality, retail, customer service, sport or another target-driven environment would be highly regarded.
