Medical Information Junior Associate – JET Program (2‑Year Program)

We’re looking for early‑career professionals or recent graduates in pharmacy or life sciences to join our JET Program , a structured two‑year program designed to build strong foundations in Medical Information and pharmaceutical consulting across the Japan & Asia Pacific region .
About the Role
- Provide accurate, timely medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders via several media sources (phone, emails, etc)
- Handle and triage medical enquiries , escalating complex cases when required
- Conduct literature searches (PubMed/MEDLINE) and support evidence‑based responses
- Deliver scientific and technical information via written and verbal channels
- Support translation activities (English Japanese)
- Identify and report adverse events and product complaints in line with regulations
- Participate in quality, compliance, and continuous learning activities
- Collaborate across teams and support ad‑hoc projects and client initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced consulting environment
- Interest in pharmaceutical consulting and medical information
- Professional or native proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage
- Gain hands‑on experience with regional and global pharma clients
- Develop technical, regulatory, and consulting skills
- Learn in a supportive, quality‑driven environment with robust mentorship
