We are recruiting on behalf of a growing commercial law firm seeking a Paralegal to join its Litigation & Insolvency team in Bondi Junction.

This is a hands-on role working closely with a busy disputes team across court processes, matter management and the day-to-day progression of litigation files.

The role

- Prepare and file court and tribunal documents
- Assist with affidavits, subpoenas and service
- Prepare briefs to counsel and court materials
- Manage court dates, critical deadlines and matter progression
- Liaise with clients, barristers and other stakeholders
- Assist with correspondence and document preparation
- Maintain and manage matters within Actionstep
- Support the broader file management and administration involved in running litigation matters
- Work with legal technology including Actionstep, Harvey AI, DocuSign and Westlaw

About you

You may already be working as a Litigation Paralegal,



or perhaps you're an experienced Legal Assistant looking to move further into paralegal work.

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Previous practical experience within litigation or dispute resolution
- Exposure to court processes and documentation
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing deadlines and competing priorities
- An interest in commercial litigation and insolvency
- A willingness to take ownership of your work and learn

This is a full-time position and requires previous hands-on litigation experience. For this reason, it won't be suitable for students looking to gain their first legal/litigation experience or candidates seeking part-time hours.

Based in Bondi Junction , with the flexibility to work from home one day per week once settled in.
