About this Role

Set up and maintain the customer and supplier database.

Accurate and timely data entry of financial information.

Processing invoices, purchase orders and receipts.

Coordinate and manage EFT payments.

Resolving supplier and customer queries in a timely manner.

Supporting the Finance team with any ad hoc duties as required.

Full-time role.

Skills/Experience

1 year experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills,



able to confidently and professionally engage with suppliers and colleagues.

Strong attention to detail, capable of juggling priorities with excellent time management skills.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite, Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

SAP experience preferred but not essential.
