CELOTTI WORKFORCE partners with leading civil construction companies to provide skilled Civil Plant Operators for key civil projects across the Bundaberg region. We are currently seeking experienced operators for upcoming civilsubdivision and road infrastructure works .
We are seeking operators experienced (but not limited to) operating:
- Excavators
- HR Watercarts
- Moxy's
- Rollers
- Graders
- Dozers
- Front end loaders
These roles are offering consistent work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, working 10-12 hour days. With the prospect to go permanent for the right candidate.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Civil construction experience (advantageous)
- Blue/White Construction Card
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Relevant machinery operating tickets (e.g. RII Articulated Haul Truck)
- Willingness to assist with general labouring duties – this role will involve hands‑on work
- Experience working in pipe crews or as a Toppy Labourer (desired but not essential)
- Physically fit, hardworking, reliable, and punctual
What We Can Offer
