The Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Management Information & Systems Partner to provide a leading HR management information service. This role focuses on improving the quality and accessibility of workforce data, supporting HR in optimising systems, and delivering high-quality data products for strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to enhance data capabilities, aligning with the Town House Strategy and People Plan.

Key Responsibilities

- Support HR teams with access and interpretation of complex data sets.
- Plan and deliver the annual HESA Staff data return, ensuring compliance with changing requirements.
- Continuously improve the People Dashboard report for leadership teams.
- Assist in delivering Public Sector Equality Duty and Pay Gap reports.
- Respond to external requests for HR data, including FOI and SARs
- Deliver tailored workforce data products to facilitate decision-making.
- Lead as the HR data protection champion and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Develop tools and processes for continuous improvement in HR data management

Directorate/Function

The HR Directorate provides the strategy and infrastructure to enable Kingston University to achieve its core purpose through its people.

The successful candidate will be joining an experienced and talented team of HR professionals who deliver HR operations,



strategy and design for it’s 3k strong employee base.

Our professionals give high level support across the University along with responding to day to day queries from all areas and staff. In addition, they ensure our policies and procedures provide suitable frameworks to enable staff to operate successfully during their employment at Kingston University.

This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £50,160
