Allens is seeking a Manager in the Resource Management function to join our People & Development team in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. You will focus on optimal staff allocation to meet client demands, commercial goals, staff development and welfare across a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
You will partner with senior stakeholders to forecast needs, manage capacity and drive continuous improvements in allocation processes, while supporting ongoing change management and team coaching.
