Stride Mental Health is offering two fixed-term, full-time Family Support Worker roles based in Townsville, QLD, to June 30, 2027 (one maternity-fill). The positions come with SCHADS Level 3 plus super, salary packaging options, meals and entertainment allowance, leave loading, and wellbeing advantages.

You will support families with children and young people up to 18, provide outreach and early intervention, build community links, and participate in supervision and professional development.
