Job Description

Are you motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to build a real career in Landscaping & Fencing. Joii is looking for a Skilled Labourer who wants to join our well-established teams in the field from Landscaping & Fencing.

You will be required to work between multiple sites and perform physically demanding tasks which may involve operating and maintaining various machines and/or tools, load and unload frequently heavy materials and as directed, provide support and aid to a variety of skilled craftspeople on-sites.

What you'll be doing?

n

n
- Working side-by-side with an amazing team, learning the trade through real, on-the-job experience
n
- Hands-on work across fence installation (Colorbond, timber fence is more significant), retaining wall construction and landscaping (Laying turf, plant plants)
n
- Building practical skills across all aspects of the work
n
- Taking on more responsibility as your skills and confidence grow
n

You will need

n

- A motivated, enthusiastic attitude and genuine desire to learn a trade
n
- Minimum 3 days but more days for the right candidate.
n
- Willingness to work hard and pick up new skills quickly
n
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
n
- Someone looking for long-term, committed employment — this is a career opportunity,



not a short-term gig
n
- Must hold a current White Card licence
n
- Must have experience on machine operating bobcat, skid steer, small excavator.
n
- Must have a reliable car
n
- Must be willing to get out of the machine and assist the team when needed.
n
- Willing to travel to job sites across greater Brisbane (From Ipswich to Victoria point and in between and around those suburbs)
