Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist at the Smithfield Branch in Queensland. You will be the face of the bank, greet customers, understand their enquiries, and guide them to the right channel.
The role is full time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will build personal connections, demonstrate our in-branch technology and digital banking options, and help ensure the branch runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.
