Poole Group is seeking an Administration Officer - Accounts to support financial administration, focusing on accounts receivable, debtor management, and payment processing. You will maintain client records, receipting, and accurate allocations while delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

In this role you will monitor the Accounts inbox, follow up debtors, establish client payment plans, and liaise with agencies.
