Monash Health in Melbourne’s south-east seeks an Emergency Administration Officer to greet visitors and provide timely, friendly, and skilled service at the 24-hour Emergency Department. You will be the first point of contact by phone or in person, guiding visitors regarding their purpose of contact and visiting requirements.

The role includes registering, admitting, transferring and discharging ED patients, and supporting clinical staff with general administration and patient inquiries.
