Big Loaf Bakery in Western Australia is seeking a Sous Head of Bread to work alongside the Head of Bread and guide daily production. This hands-on role puts you on the bench, leading from the front, teaching by example, coaching while you work, and pushing quality forward.
You’ll oversee mixing, shaping, baking and finishing, train bakers on the floor, and build systems that sustain consistency and growth across shifts.
