Odyssey Victoria is seeking a Restoring Families Early Years Practitioner Case Manager in Dandenong for a 7-month, full time fixed term role. The RF Practitioner will deliver intensive wraparound support to families with children from unborn to 18 years, including outreach and after-hours work as needed.

The role emphasizes engaging caregivers, developing family safety plans, and coordinating referrals to health, education and community services in a culturally safe, trauma-informed manner.
