Blue Care’s Argyle Gardens Retirement Village in Bundaberg is seeking an experienced Head Gardener to lead a grounds and gardening team. You’ll oversee the maintenance of lawns, trees and shrubs, ensure a protected, pleasing environment for residents, staff and visitors, and contribute to a strong sense of place within the village.
The role is permanent, full-time, with a remuneration of $33.73 p/hr plus 12% Super and Not for Profit Salary Packaging Benefits, and access to staff discounts.
