UGL is seeking an HSE Advisor to support a major utility-scale BESS project in Victoria, focusing on coaching protected behaviours, building a strong safety culture and ensuring consistent application of the HSE Management System on site.

You will lead pre-starts, toolbox talks, site walks and safety interactions, assist with incident investigations and manage HSE documentation, with FIFO/DIDO roster experience and a Certificate IV in WHS.
