Desktop Level 2 Consultant – Onsite Role (5 Days)

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Desktop Level 2 Consultant to join our energetic team. This is an onsite role, five days a week, where you'll be working directly with users to resolve technical issues and help drive excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support both over the phone and face-to-face
n
- Mentor and train Level 1 Helpdesk staff
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Microsoft technology stack
n
- Deploy and reimage laptops, ensuring efficient setup and handover to users
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service with clear and professional communication
n

n

Essential Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Proven experience in a service desk environment resolving Level 1 & 2 issues
n




- Experience working in large enterprise environments
n
- Solid technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – must be confident working face-to-face with users
n
- Proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
n

Technical Expertise in:

n

n
- Operating Systems: Windows XP/7/8/10
n
- Directory Services: Active Directory (account administration)
n
- Networking: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, patching, basic Cisco knowledge
n
- Software: Microsoft Office (2003–2010), MS Exchange, MS System Center
n
- Cloud & Endpoint Management: Intune, Azure
n
- Hardware Support: PCs, printers, and peripherals
n
- Network Admin Experience is highly regarded
