HR Staff n' Stuff is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the Customer Service team and deliver a proactive, responsive experience from order through to delivery and after-sales support, in office in Dandenong South.

You will oversee order processing, customer issue resolution, and proactive communication, working with Sales, Production, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Warranty and Procurement to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
