Easygo, a high-growth tech group based in Melbourne, seeks a strategic Group Head of Assets to design cross-border investment structures, govern portfolios, and guide boards on actions and regulatory matters. You will oversee complex group vehicles including companies, trusts and SPVs, partnering with Legal, Tax and external advisers.
You will work closely with shareholders to protect assets, ensure compliance under AFSL, and drive long-term family office structuring as the business expands
