Position: Technical Lead

n

Role Overview

n

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to provide end-to-end technical leadership across AI, GenAI and full-stack engineering initiatives.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide technical leadership across AI/GenAI, Python, .NET, React, TypeScript and AWS.
n
- Define solution approaches, technical patterns, engineering standards and best practices.
n
- Design and lead implementation of AI agents, LLM solutions, RAG,



semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
n
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews and key technical decisions.
n
- Design scalable, resilient and secure AWS cloud architectures.
n
- Guide development of React/TypeScript frontends and Python/.NET backend services and APIs.
n
- Drive engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps, observability and infrastructure as code.
n

- Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.
