Job Description

UniSuper in Melbourne is seeking a Service Experience & AI Manager to lead the corporate applications portfolio and accelerate AI-enabled ways of working across UniSuper and its partners.

You will head the Service Experience & AI team, deliver roadmaps, drive Copilot adoption, and optimise business processes through technology and automation.

The role requires 8+ years leading corporate applications or AI-enabled teams, solid vendor management and change leadership.
