UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Practice Lead for the NQ Safe program in North Queensland. You will coordinate high-quality DFV support, provide expert leadership, and guide staff across shifts to ensure safe outcomes.

A tertiary qualification in Social Work or related field is required, with at least five years in human services, plus solid DFV risk assessment and stakeholder engagement. Queensland Driver's Licence and Blue Card are essential.
