We’re on the lookout for in-house Survey Manager who is organised, energetic and more importantly have the right attitude to help continue the growth of the business.
Reporting to the Project Managers, the role requires a surveyor with a demonstrated involvement in civil construction projects. You will be willing to travel to our onsite locations, local and remote, building rapport with clients and subcontractors.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining accurate daily survey records.
- Performing general set-out and conformance surveys to support construction activities.
- Liaising with project staff to plan and coordinate site survey requirements.
- Ensuring the most up-to-date design information is communicated to site teams and GPS-guided machinery.
- Leading and promoting a culture of safety, quality,
and productivity across multiple projects.
What we're looking for:
- Attention to detail and accountability
- A relevant Surveying qualification
- Previous experience in delivering civil projects
- experience with machine control
- Excellent communication and complex problem solving skills
- Be highly skilled with Microsoft office and Adobe
- Highly safety focused
- The ability to work in remote locations in a FIFO/DIDO capacity
