Staffing Options is seeking empathetic support workers to assist a 40-year-old man living with Autism, OCD and Schizophrenia in Belmont. You will engage as a mate, support community participation, and assist with daily tasks and personal care. Build trust and positive routines with a reliable, easy-going team.

Shift flexibility includes Saturdays and weekday coverage. Probationary rates apply for 4–6 weeks, with higher pay after probation based on experience and qualifications.
