The Fred Hollows Foundation in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Supporter Growth Manager to lead our Single Giving program. You will drive multi-channel donor acquisition, optimize campaigns with data insights, and grow long-term supporter value across Direct Mail and emerging channels.

You will manage budgets, forecast performance and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding fundraising outcomes in a fast-paced not-for-profit setting.
