Michael's IGA Group in Leongatha is seeking an experienced Meat Manager to lead the meat department at our Leongatha location. This full time role offers AU$75,000 - AU$85,000 per year (depending on experience) and requires a Qualified Butcher with proven department management experience.

You will manage daily operations, drive sales and profits, roster staff, handle invoicing and stock, and uphold HACCP standards while coaching a dedicated team.
