We're looking for an experienced café all-rounder who can take ownership and assist with day-to-day café operations.

Dogge is a recent café and retail experience built around great coffee, quality food and a genuine love for dogs. We're looking for warm, energetic person to help bring our brand to life and create a space where people and pups feel instantly welcome.

Dogge is all about community. We bring together dog lovers and their four-legged friends in a relaxed, welcoming space serving specialty Campos coffee, simple delicious food and freshly made dog treats, and fun retail goodies. It's a place to hang out and connect.

About the Role

n

As a Café All-Rounder & Barista, you'll play a key role in delivering a standout experience for everyone. Your day will include:

n

- Delivering warm, genuine service and creating memorable moments
n
- Making great coffee and serving simple food
n
- Creating a welcoming experience for people and their dogs
n
- POS operation, retail sales and payments




n
- Keeping the café retail space clean, organised and looking great
n
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
n
- Assisting with orders, stock, administrative duties.
n
- Supporting events and activities that bring the Dogge community together
n

About You

n

n
- Previous supervisory/team leader experience
n
- Friendly, reliable and service-driven team player
n
- Comfortable communicating with customers and handling feedback
n
- Team-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Available to work weekends
n
- A genuine love of dogs is a must
n

n

Applicants must be Australian citizens or Permanent Residents.
