Deliver end-to-end Commonwealth procurement and contract management activities, providing expert advice and supporting compliant, efficient and value-for-money outcomes within an Australian Government environment.

Essential Tasks:
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities including planning, market engagement, evaluation, contract establishment and contract management.
- Provide procurement and contract management advice aligned with Commonwealth Procurement Rules and relevant governance requirements.
- Partner with business areas to develop procurement strategies and sourcing approaches that achieve value-for-money outcomes.
- Prepare and review procurement documentation and support contract variations, extensions, performance management and dispute resolution.
Key Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience providing end-to-end procurement and contract management support and compliance advice.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Certificate IV in Government procurement, contract management, or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid understanding of Commonwealth procurement, the Resource Management Framework, CPRs and public sector governance.
Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current Baseline clearance.
