Working closely with the business owners, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving efficiencies, leading our team, and making strategic decisions that will take Bartranz Petroleum to the next level.

About the Role

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our operations, ensuring the business runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, customer service, and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing a team of professional drivers and administration staff.

- Overseeing daily logistics, scheduling, and fuel deliveries.
n
- Managing and maintaining our fleet of bulk fuel transport vehicles.
n
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant transport, safety, and industry regulations.

- Working collaboratively with the business owners to implement business strategies and drive continuous improvement.

- Managing operational performance, staffing,



and customer service outcomes.

- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and support business growth.

- Making informed operational decisions with a high level of autonomy.

About You

- Demonstrated management experience within the bulk fuel or rural transport industry.
n
- Strong logistics and scheduling experience.
n
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
- Sound knowledge of fleet management and heavy vehicle operations.

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

- A proactive approach with the confidence to make decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
