Job Title: Paid Social Specialist

Location: Sydney

We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to own and scale paid social performance across Meta and TikTok. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer to drive growth in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve performance.
- Monitor tracking, pixel implementation, and campaign delivery.
- Analyse campaign results and provide actionable performance insights.
- Collaborate with eCommerce, CRM, and creative teams to achieve commercial goals.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and new opportunities.

Qualifications

- 3+ years' experience in paid social marketing.




- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets within eCommerce.
- Robust analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
