Bluestone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estimator for a Victorian builder based in Melbourne’s south-east. You will manage tenders from initial review through to final submission, preparing accurate estimates and coordinating subcontractor pricing across commercial and retail projects.
You will review drawings, specifications and tender docs, develop cost plans, conduct take-offs, and identify risks and value opportunities.
