Job Description

Norco Co-operative Ltd is seeking a Mill Hand based in Lismore, NSW. The role focuses on feed production, site operations and safety across the mill and yard, with occasional back-up truck driving to support deliveries in the Northern Rivers region.

Applicants will operate mill equipment, assist with production, and may drive heavy vehicles as required. A manual HR licence is essential, forklift certification preferred, and a robust safety mindset is essential for this hands-on, physical role.
