Cotton On Group is seeking a Rewards Analyst on a 12-month contract to support reward initiatives across our global business. You will work on Annual Remuneration Reviews, job evaluations, and benefit programs, using data to inform decisions and ensure data integrity.

You’ll partner with our Rewards Partner, applying analytics to inform governance, improve reward frameworks, and deliver scalable reward solutions that attract, retain and celebrate our people.
