Vocus Networks in Melbourne is seeking a T2 Engineer to join the Service Operations OCC team, responsible for the operation and maintenance of Vocus networks and all service provider interactions from a service support perspective.

The role is full time and on-site at the Melbourne CBD, operating on a 24/7, 365-day rotating shift. You will ensure KPI/OLA targets are met while diagnosing, resolving, and communicating incidents and changes.
