Description

- Monitor the progress of GenAI projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, objectives, and governance standards
- Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Maintain accurate and structured project documentation, workflows, and updates in Jira
- Manage backlog, epics, and user stories in collaboration with delivery and technical teams
- Oversee end‑to‑end demand intake and lifecycle management using ServiceNow
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to capture, refine, and prioritize project requests
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights for project leaders
- Highlight key risks, blockers,



and mitigation strategies to support informed decision‑making
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and cross‑functional coordination
- Drive process improvements and standardization across project tracking, reporting, and governance practices

Profile

- Strong experience in project coordination or functional project management within enterprise environments
- Hands‑on proficiency with Jira for project tracking, documentation, and workflow management
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow for demand intake and lifecycle management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to create clear dashboards and status updates
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Exposure to or understanding of AI/GenAI or data‑driven projects is highly desirable
