This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio, building solid relationships with owners and tenants, coordinating maintenance, conducting inspections and ensuring properties are managed efficiently and in accordance with NSW tenancy legislation.

Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties from lease commencement through to vacating.

Maintain strong and professional relationships with property owners and tenants.

Respond to owner and tenant enquiries promptly and professionally.

Manage rent payments, arrears and rental adjustments.

Prepare and manage residential tenancy agreements, renewals and lease documentation.

Coordinate routine inspections, entry notices, vacate inspections and property condition reports.

Organise and follow up maintenance and repairs with tradespeople.

Obtain quotes and seek owner approval for maintenance and capital works where required.

Liaise with strata managers,



building managers, contractors and suppliers.

Handle tenant maintenance requests and ensure issues are followed up through to completion.

About you

Previous experience in property management is preferred.

Strong knowledge of, or willingness to learn, NSW residential tenancy legislation.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

High attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple properties, tasks and deadlines.

Professional presentation and confident communication.

Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is preferred.
